Terms and Distance Contract

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store is required to clearly state the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as inform the buyer about the right of withdrawal. These terms constitute a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.

1. Distance Contract

The Seller of the goods offered on this website (hereinafter – the Seller) and the person placing the order (hereinafter – the Buyer) agree to the following terms:

  • The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

  • The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods and provide accurate delivery information.

2. Delivery and Payment

  • Orders are placed on this website by selecting the desired items and quantities.

  • Payment is made using the store’s online payment system or upon receiving an invoice from the Seller.

  • Goods are handed over to DPD courier within 5 business days after payment has been received.

3. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods by sending a written notice of withdrawal to the Seller’s email address.

  • A withdrawal form will be sent by the Seller upon request.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days after the withdrawal notice is sent.

  • The Buyer shall cover the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

  • The goods are perishable or quickly consumable.

  • The goods are made according to a custom order.

  • The packaging of audio, video, or software has been opened.

The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller has the right to deduct compensation if the goods are damaged, used improperly, or missing the original packaging.

4. Personal Data Processing

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their provided data will be used for order processing and delivery in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

The Seller may send informational emails related to the order.
